Posisi:

1. Account Officer Sales Bandung

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Bandung, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debitors/potential debitors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to achieve sales target.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years experience in related position in financial services
Bachelor's degree in any major
Strong eagerness in building relationship
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Can make reporting in English

2. Credit Analyst Surabaya

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Become part of the financing acquisition process by verifiying data along with information from prospective customers to then be proceed and analyzed into a feasibility report on the provision of financing facilities.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in economics of engineering
Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
Strong analytical thinking
Have interest working with numbers, financial statments or other financial data
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

3. Collection Bandung

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Carry out the process of operational activities handling Debtors so that all Debtors can fulfill their obligations to the company so that the quality of AR in that period is in accordance with the targets that have been set

Kualifikasi Minimum:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in all major
Having driving licence (SIM A) is a must!
Having experience in related field in financial company is a must
Excellent in communication & building relationship
Excellent in planning & driving action
Excellent problem-solving skills

4. Senior Legal Operation

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Monitoring the process of identification and examination of Prospective Debtor documents in accordance with applicable regulations, as an effort to maintain legal risk in the Company's operational activities in accordance with applicable regulations for finance companies.
Maintain the Company to protect against losses and/or legal disputes and/or legal problems and ensure that legal disputes/legal problems occur due to the implementation of the Company's operational activities can be resolved properly.
Ensure that the Company's operational support/needs are well met from a legal perspective including and not limited to legal review of the creation, development or renewal of financing products that have been adjusted to the regulations applicable to finance companies.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
At least 3 (three) years of experience in the financing/multifinance company/banking industry as Legal Assistant Manager or 5 (five) years as Legal Specialist/Supervisor
Have excellent knowledge in business law practice in Indonesia, especially in finance companies, contract drafting / agreements and legal opinions
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

5. General Affair Facility Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Maintain the maintenance of each office facility and company asset and manage administration and make periodic reports
Ensure conducive working conditions
Inventory of company facilities and assets
Availability of company facilities or rental goods
