PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia – (Hitachi) merupakan salah satu pemasok dan produsen excavator terbesar di Indonesia, mempekerjakan 1.606 staf yang berkualifikasi dan memproduksi 5.500 unit excavator per tahun, serta menghasilkan pekerjaan permesinan dengan akurasi tinggi dan struktur fabrikasi untuk pembangkit listrik dan komponen peralatan konstruksi.
PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (HCMI) berdiri sejak 1991 dibidang manufaktur Excavator, dan manufaktur Heavy Equipment Components yang merupakan perusahaan joint venture Hitachi Construction Co., LTD dari Jepang, Itochu Corporation – Japan, Hitachi Construction Machinery Singapore Pte. Ltd, PT. Murinda Iron Steel dan juga PT. Anggaputra Dhananjaya. Perusahaan ini memiliki kapasitas produksi 5.500 unit untuk Excavator Mid-size dan Excavator Ultra large 247 unit per tahunnya. PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Construction Indonesia memiliki dua pabrik yaitu di Kawasan Industri MM2100 dan Kantor Pusat di Cibitung dengan peralatan modern guna manghasilkan kualitas sebanding produk yang diproses di Jepang ataupun yang diproduksi di pabrik Hitachi yang tersebar di berbagai negara di dunia.

Posisi:
1. Accounting Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting
Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance
Excellent for Arithmetic Counting
Familiar with Computer Administration is a must Especially Excel, SAP system, and Oracle system is advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, resilience and persistence, hardworker, initiative, detail, and like challenge
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
2. Design Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduated are welcome or min 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
3. DX / IT Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering
Fresh Graduated or have 2 years of working experience related to IT operation
Having experience in developing system, i-Reporter, Power BI, Postgre, and RPA
have IT certification (Cisco, Microsoft, etc) is advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Good interpersonal skill, enthusiast for network insfrastucture operation, dicipline, punctual, fast learner and pay attention to detail
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
4. DX / IT Asst. Manager
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering
Have 5 years of work experience as IT Business System Administrator, Project Coordinator or System Developer
Having experience in developing system, i-Reporter, Power BI, Postgre, and RPA
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Good interpersonal skill, enthusiast for network insfrastucture operation, dicipline, punctual, fast learner and pay attention to detail
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
5. Maintenance Staff
Qualifications:
Minimum education of Vocational High School, D3, or Bachelor’s degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience as Maintenance in a Manufacturing Company
Have knowledge of Jishou Hozen and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Familiar with Ms. Office (intermediate level Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Power Point)
Able to communicate in English or able to communicate in Japanese will be an added value
Able to work in a team or individually, loyal to the company, honest, and hard working
Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
6. Maintenance Asst. Manager
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Any Technic related major
Has min. 1 years working experience as Maintenance Job in Manufacturing Company
Have Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Microcontroller and IoT Program.
Familiar with Ms. Office (intermediate Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power point)
Could communicate in English or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, work hard, discipline and interest in maintenance works.
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
7. Production Engineering Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduate are welcome or 2 years working experience as Engineering Job
Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
Familiar in using AutoCAD 3D Software is a must
Familiar with Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel and ASME Code is an advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
8. Quality Assurance Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Control
Have knowledge/experience in basic programing or good in measuring skill using CMM, ULM, Calibration System, and ability to use Autocad Application.
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat
9. Japanese Interpreter Staff
Qualifications :
Education : D3 Japanese Literature
Having a minimum 3 years experience as Interpreter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
Good communication in English is an advantage.
Able to work as a team and individually
Hard Working, discipline, humble, target oriented, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
10. Safety Staff
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / K3 Engineering/Public Health
Min. 1 years working experience as HSE Staff in a Manufacturing Company
Has a General K3 Expert certificate/AK3U certificated by the Ministry of Manpower RI
Having been a P2K3 Secretary is an Advantage
Understand the concept of HIRA/JSA/Risk Management
Understand ISO 450001 Audit and SMK3
Familiar with Ms. Office & making banner designs is prefered
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
