Kendaraan Mitsubishi Motors telah hadir di Indonesia sejak lebih dari 40 tahun lalu. Per tanggal 1 April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI).
Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap pemintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel. Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, yang tentunya hal ini diperuntukkan bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.
Saat ini PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.
1. Accessories Product Planning (Staff)
Main Responsibilities :
- Developing accessories product plan of all vehicles and monitoring the life cycle and market competitiveness.
- Analyzing and evaluating accessory products to ensure quality standards and customer needs are met.
- Conducting market analysis to study market conditions, product competitiveness, and development ideas.
- Identifying, developing, and communicating product specifications to suppliers.

Qualifications :
- 23 -28 yo
- Experienced min for 1 years in related area but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- General knowledge about automotive and car’s specification
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicle and hold a driving license (SIM A)
- Familiar in using SAP & 3D drawing software (such as CATIA, Pro Engineer, AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Photoshop) will be beneficial
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial).

2. Building Management Coordinator (Staff)
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible on asset control, maintenance, deletion and insurance matter (inventories and asset);
- Responsible on facilities management in all operation area (Pulomas, Cibitung, Cikarang);
- Responsible on construction project and willing for trip assignment;
- Responsible for company’s event and management facilities support;
- Support accounting related issue;
- Support emergency responds team;
- Support tenancy;
- Support QHSE related issues
Qualifications :
- 23 – 25 yo;
- S1 Civil Engineering; Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- 0 to 1 years of relevant experience with asset/building management;
- Good command of English (verbal & written);
- Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity;
- Familiar in using basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table, etc)
- Familiar in Visio, Photoshop, SAP will be beneficial.
- Willing to travel frequently for a business trips
3. Telematics System Specialist – Product Planning (Staff)
Main Responsibilities :
- Create and manage the development schedule for the Telematics system.
- Develop and monitor the lifecycle of the MMKSI Telematics system, including vendor selection, assessment, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate with business partners such as digital maps companies, financial companies, IT Vendor, etc.
- Analyze and evaluate the MMKSI Telematics system to ensure it meets application and customer needs
- Manage and follow up on MMKSI Telematics issues with principals and business partners.
- Create and monitor MMKSI Telematics reports for the principal
- Conduct socialization sessions for the MMKSI Telematics system

Qualifications :
- 23-30 yo
- Bachelor Degree in IT, System Information
- Experience min 1 – 2 years in IT projects, but open to candidates without IT backgrounds with related experience.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with various business partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech savvy and keen on IT latest update and news
- Familiar with IT Project Management
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;

4. Marketing Promotion & Strategy – After Sales (Staff)
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
- As the main PIC for after-sales marketing activities (developing, coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).
- Responsible to handle creative design for after-sales marketing activities.
- Responsible for enhancement projects for after-sales customer relations (coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, related departments, dealers, and other parties.
Qualifications :
- 23 – 30 Yo
- Bachelor/master’s Degree in : Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Communication, Design Communication Visual, Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing/Promotion/Design/Event.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- General knowledge of After Sales Business.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Familiar in using basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
- Familiar in using creative design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
5. Technical Service – After Sales (Staff)
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
- As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.
- Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.
- Responsible for Product Quality Process (monitoring – reporting).
- Responsible to handle part storage.
- Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.
- Conduct study & analysis of the frequent technical problems.
- Support New Product Development Project.
Qualifications :
- 20 – 28 Yo
- Associate/Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Experience in automotive troubleshooting but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in Technical Analysis.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- General knowledge of After Sales Business.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of analysis warranty.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
- Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).
