Lowongan Kerja SMA SMK D3 S1 Terbaru Semua Jurusan PT Sewu Segar Nusantara (Sunpride) Agustus 2024

 PT Sewu Segar Nusantara didirikan pada tahun 1995 sebagai anggota dari kelompok investasi unggulan Gunung Sewu Kencana (GSK) yang memiliki keahlian yang luas di beberapa bidang antara lain yaitu makanan, agribisnis, asuransi jiwa, barang-barang konsumen, sumber daya alam, teknologi informasi serta properti. 

PT Sewu Segar Nusantara berfokus pada distribusi dan pemasaran buah lokal yang bekerja sama dengan PT Great Giant Pineapple untuk menghasilkan beberapa buah lokal yang ditanam di daerah Lampung di atas lahan lebih dari 3,500 Ha antara lain Pisang Cavendish, Guava Crystal, Nanas Honi, dan Pepaya. Selain itu juga PT Sewu Segar Nusantara bekerja sama dengan petani lokal menghasilkan Golden Melon, dan Rock Melon di Jawa Barat, Jeruk Baby, dan Jeruk Keprok di Jawa Timur, dan Jeruk Medan, Pisang Barangan dan Jeruk gerga di Sumatera, serta dipercaya dan diandalkan oleh lebih dari 4,000 pengecer.

Saat ini PT Sewu Segar Nusantara (Sunpride) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Januari 2024 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.

Posisi

1. Inventory Control & WMS Sr. Lead

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, with proven leadership & process improvement experience.
  • Skill & Knowledge : Six Sigma(Point Plus) , ISO 9001, Warehouse Management System(must), SAP, Green/Yellow Belt (Point Plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Strong computer skill, especially at operating Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Available to be placed in Tangerang.
Job Descriptions :
  • Ensuring Inventory Accuracy
  • Make continuous improvement to improve inventory accuracy
  • Conducting audits/improvements/updating SOPs in accordance with operational conditions
  • Ensuring data integrity between SAP WMS and SAP ERP
  • Make capacity planning if needed
  • Coordinate administration with other departments
  • Make improvements to WMS and collaborate with Logistic Excellence to make improvement plans
  • Ensure WMS implementation is running well
  • Implement WMS in branch warehouses

2. Demand Supply Planner Sr. Associate
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences, preferably on FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experiences and understanding in current, demand and planning, supply chain, inventory management, managing lead time, safety stock etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operating SAP is a must.
  • Familiar with BI / Power BI (will be a plus)
  • Strong communication skill, good negosiator, decision and suggestion based on analysed data
  • Available to be placed in : Head Office PT Sewu Segar Nusantara, Tangerang
3. Finance & Accounting

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Management/Accounting or any related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and accounting software ERP (E.g: AX, SAP, Oracle) will be point plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain a well-organized electronic data and paper document system.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Available to be placed in : Branch PT Sewu Segar Nusantara, Bandung.
  • Job Descriptions :
  • Provide checking over customer credit limit and provide approval over sales order taking into consideration credit limit and customer’s deposit.
  • Supervise invoicing function in the branch.
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables and perform follow up discussion to ensure that timely settlement takes place.
  • Monitoring outstanding shipped but not invoiced transactions.
  • Perform the function of checker in monthly stock opname and perform reconciliation.
  • Perform review perform review over petty cash reimbursement.
  • Assist in monthly closing process.
  • Perform analysis of monthly branch performance.
4. Local Sourcing Sr. Associate

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agroecotechnology, Agribusiness Management, Soil Science, Horticulture, Agricultural Extension, Plant Protection or related fields.
  • A thorough understanding of the source methodology
  • Experience in Sourcing at least 3 – 5 years in Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Knowledge of fruits
  • Have the ability in the field of administration.
  • Strong drive, attention to detail and passion for learning
  • Available to be placed in Tangerang.

5. Receptionist
  • Qualificatins :
  • D3 education or certifications in office administration is a plus (Fresh graduate welcome to apply).
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiar to managing official travel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a welcoming disposition.

6. Office Boy
  • Kualifikasi :
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Office Boy minimal 2 tahun (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Cekatan, Rajin, Rapi dan Jujur, Terbiasa Multitasking
  • Kemampuan mengendarai kendaraan bermotor dan memiliki SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) adalah nilai tambah
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang.

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kantor, termasuk ruang kerja, ruang rapat, dapur, kamar mandi, dan area umum lainnya.
  • Memantau Penggunaan Peralatan dan Perlengkapan di Dalam Kantor.
  • Mengkoordinasikan Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Peralatan Kantor.
  • Melayani kebutuhan tamu-tamu perusahaan seperti menyajikan makanan dan minuman
  • Bekerja sama dengan karyawan di tempat kerja untuk menjaga koneksi yang positif dan lingkungan yang ramah di kantor.
