1. Area Business Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Focus on Pareto 3LC, stay in local area
  • Responsibility to monitor POS in specific 3LC with category : Increase, Decrease, Churn, identify why POS increases and decreases and create a summary plan
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create local programs
  • Create a local community and invite representatives from POS to work together to build togetherness among fellow POS
  • Collaborate with the retail ops team regarding finding obstacles in the field regarding things that need to be resolved and developed

  • Kualifikasi Minimum :
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Having 2-4 years experiences handle Logistic Company
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet, and good data analysis
  • Great ability to manage networks
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate both verbal & written

2. Sr. SRE

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Create a monitoring and alerting system and monitor the system's reliability. 
  • Investigate and fix infrastructure problems quickly to reduce downtime and guarantee ongoing system performance enhancements. 
  • Document every action so your findings turn into repeatable actions–and then into automation. 
  • Work with SA or the Product engineering team to solve the problem of the common deployment, system, network, or reliability. 
  • Manage Capacity and Resources Administer and manage SRE tooling. 
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of our applications and infrastructure.

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Comfortable within the command line (CLI). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP). 
  • Hands-on experience leveraging containerization including Docker, Kubernetes (GKE, EKS), and Terraform. 
  • Highly familiar with Computer Networks Extensive and hands-on knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Know about databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
  • Know CI/CD (Jenkins & Github action) 
  • Know monitoring system (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, and Kibana) 
  • Having 3+ years total experience handling 24/7 high-availability customer-facing production systems.
  • WFO

3. SDET

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Design and develop comprehensive testing plans to ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand features to be tested and their functional requirements.
  • Build a reliable and efficient automated testing framework.
  • Execute automated testing scenarios to identify defects, performance issues, and deviations from requirements. 
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with SQA and development team to identify issues.
  • Ensure test scripts remain functional and provide consistent results. 
  • Create detailed testing reports with results, identified defects, and steps to reproduce issues. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation or testing efficiency improvements.

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Bachelor degree in information technology, Computer science, or related field Minimum 2years working experience as QA Automation/SDET.
  • Deep understanding about knowledge of software QA methodologies, STLC, and processes.
  • Deep understanding of API Testing dan SQL.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Robot, Appium, Selenium, WebDriver.
  • Good understanding of GitHub, branches, and pull requests.
  • Extent and monitor infrastructure QA suite of tests.
  • In-depth understanding of Java, Python, XML, and any language.
  • Actively contribute to the setup and development of automated testing for mobile apps and back-end functionality.
  • Familiarity and knowledge about CI/CD tools like Jenkins, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Account Manager

  • Sebagai seorang Account Manager di bidang logistik, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifik si, menghubungi, dan menjalin hubungan bisnis dengan pelanggan potensial di sektor bisnis ke bisnis (B2B). Anda akan berperan dalam mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang efektif, memastikan pencapaian target penjualan, dan memelihara hubungan yang baik.

Job Description 

  • Prospect and Customer Acquisition: Mengidentifikasi peluang baru dalam segmen pasar yang ditentukan, melakukan penelusuran potensial pelanggan baru, dan mengembangkan strategi akuisisi untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Menjaga hubungan yang dengan pelanggan, memahami kebutuhan dan tantangan mereka, serta memberikan solusi yang tepat.

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi yang kuat dan mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang proses penjualan dan strategi penjualan yang efektif.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik dan penguasaan dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak komputer.

6. Business Intelligence

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Conducting deep analysis on customer behaviour to gives strategic business insights for decision-making
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to accurately understand their business intelligence requirements
  • Developing reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Designing and creating dashboards and reports using various data.
  • Analysing data for trends and patterns, then producing and presenting insights to key stakeholders.
  • Working with each of departments to design and implement new dashboards and/or produce deep-dive analysis that will produce business impact.

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analyst field.
  • Experienced with SQL, Tableau, Python, and R.
  • Excellent analytical skills topped with strong communication and presentation capabilities in order to share recommendations.
  • Good knowledge on customer experience concepts and able to integrate with reporting systems.

7. Branding & Activation Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Contribute to develop a branding planning which includes data, strategy, goals and execution plan
  • Analyzing, reviewing and evaluating all retail-branding activities
  • Coordinate to internal team to achieve branding objective
  • Support administrative coordination with Finance and Purchasing to create goods order, pitching and ensuring project request delivered on time
  • Requesting, tracking and monitoring all branding request
  • Daily branding tracking and reporting, fleet and agent branidng
  • Support other Marketing team to provide goods production and campaign needs
  • Third party liaisons with partners related to assessment and monitoring
  • Handle self-manage & partnership event activity

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Communication or Management and other related fields
  • Having 2 years experiences in Marcom/Trade Marketing/offline Marketing
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet, and good data analysis
  • Report audit capabilities would be an advantage
  • Great ability to manage networks
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate both verbal & written
  • Good document & administrative management

8. Brand Creative Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Designing a variety of visual materials
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity that aligns with the Lion Parcel's brand guidelines & values
  • Working closely with Marketing & other departments to understand project requirements and create designs that meet business objectives
  • Generating creative concepts and ideas for campaigns & projects, and developing them into finished designs
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality designs within established timelines
  • Ensuring that all design files are correctly formatted for both print and digital use
  • Ensuring all designs meet the company's quality standards and are consistent across all mediums.

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Design & Visual Communication
  • Having 1 year experiences in Branding/Creative Design
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Capcut
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Experience with digital platforms, including social media graphics and motion graphics design principles
  • Precision in design work and a keen eye for detail.
