Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Wilayah operasional Susi Air meliputi Jawa, Kalimantan, Maluku, Sulawesi, Papua, Sumatra dan Kupang. Susi Air mengoperasikan penerbangan dari 5 pangkalan utama yakni di Medan (Sumatra Utara), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Jawa Tengah (Cilacap), Jawa Barat (Pangandaran dan Bandung), Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur) dan Jayapura (Papua). Penerbangan harian yang dijadwalkan akan beroperasi dari Medan untuk Bandar Udara Nagan Raya (Meulaboh), Bandara Lasikin (Pulau Simeulue), Bandara Silangit dan Bandara Aek Godang.
Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

1. HRD Manager
Requirements :
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Multitasking and able to work individually or in a team

- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Bachelor/Diploma any major from reputable university
- Minimum 5 year work experience in SPV Human Resource
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

2. Management Trainee Human Resources
Responsibilities :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- English is mandatory
- Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).
Requirements :
- Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
- Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

3. Back End Development
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with frontend developer to integrate backend APIs
- Develop, test and deploy dynamic web-based solutions
- Develop mobile apps and or hybrid apps is a plus
- Integrate third party system like payment solution, travel agency
- Work collaboratively with business and operation to determine user journey
- Designing and developing APIs using NestJs Framework
- Implementing data model and database schema for both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Writing efficient database queries and optimizing database performance
- Documenting code and APIs for better maintanability and future reference
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to manually code backend application
- Strong database experience with SQL and or NoSql
- Proven experience in Javascript and NestJS
- Experience with AJAX, JSON
- Experience with E-commerce websites
- Able to integrate with 3rd party services
- Proven experience in REST API
- Able to develop using Typescript is a must
- Experience with Nginx and or Apache is a great plus
- Proven experience working with Bitbucket for version control and code repository management
- Positive attitude is expected
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
- Ability to keep learning and adapt new web/mobile technologies

4. Media Officer
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage media team
- Making monthly plan and report of media team
- Participate in creative ideation for content and etc
- Work collaboratively with other teams to develop design outputs that align with our brand message and business objectives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries
- Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling.
- Experience in managing and leading creative team
- Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
- Digital marketing skill will be a plus
- Prior experience in branding and social media
- Good in teamwork & managing workload
- High attention to detail and design aesthetics

5. Finance & Accounting Chaser Officer
Responsibilities :
- Input data from document to company database.
- Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota).
- Reconciliation between document and company database.
- Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads.
- Checking the revenues.
- Reconcile income with bank statements.
- Checking, submitting and sending proof of PJP21J bill payment.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Experience or Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Able to compile financial reports.
- Able to work individually or team work.
- Worked well under preassure.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- English is must.
