Rekrutmen.NET - PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk merupakan produsen semen di Indonesia yang merupakan produsen terbesar kedua di Indonesia. Selain memproduksi semen, Indocement juga memproduksi beton siap-pakai, serta mengelola tambang agregat dan tras.
Pada Oktober 2016, Perseroan mulai mengoperasikan pabrik ketiga belas yang disebut Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi 4,4 juta ton per tahun ini merupakan pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement dan HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, kapasitas terpasang Perseroan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen/tahun.

- Saat ini PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Shipping Officer
Key Roles :
- Planning, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the process of distribution by sea transport from origin point to receiving point.
- Coordination both with internal (factory, land transport, etc.) and external party (stevedore, surveyor, shipping agency, etc.) to ensure distribution running smoothly.
- Ensure the detail data of distribution are well recorded in database so that we can analyze the data to give better analysis and improvement.
- End to end supply chain optimization to enhance the operation and distribution processes
- Ensure key performance indicators are reported and followed up. Prepare periodic shipping activity reports in line with Company rules.
- Ensure the process distribution and scope of work are aligned with Company HSE rules, procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation.
- Develops the delivery process to meet customer demand, and coordinates supply between plants and terminals, actively strives to reduce cost to serve.
- May participate on cross-functional and/or cross-platform teams for the purpose of sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as best practices.
- Executes & implements moderately complex project & process improvement in logistics to drive continuous improvement to current excellence standards across a small subset of the organization.
Qualification :
- Willing to be placed under PT Multi Bangun Galaxy as Subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk
- Working Location Citeureup Factory, Bogor Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university with minimal GPA 3.0
- 2 (two) years working experience in the related field is preferred for this position fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Highly competent in Ms Office (Esp. Excel and Power Point Presentation)
- Strong work ethic and integrity, dependable and responsible with positive attitude, and adaptable to various projects

2. Bulk Sales Officer East Java & Bali
Responsibilities B2B Sales / Sales Project :
- Manage and drive performance national chain/level of bulk cement/Ready Mix and industry customer, maintaining long and valuable relationship to achieve sales target bulk cement and KPM achievement by Implementation of commercial competitive strategy to maintaining company competitive advantages.
- Ensuring good customer relationship management, and good complaint handling.
- Ensuring excellent execution of sales plan and trade marketing promo in field execution, in such a way that comply with code of conduct, competition law, and comply with management system standards: ISO standards, Environment and safety standards, SMKP, and SMP (Security Management system).
- Develop and design potential trade programs and ensure the success of deployment.
- Provide feedbacks on monthly sales planning
- Develop, leverage & manage existing customer portfolio & product mix, at each segmentation, to drive market growth, achieve sales target and KPM.
- Find out opportunities in infrastructure, government project, and any other development where need bulk delivery.
- Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc)
- Regularly visit to customer to know opportunities for development and to increase goodwill.
- Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor implementation solution to Group Bulk to achieve remaining target on remaining days.
- SIAS Bulk Tools implementation.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree (S1) from all major with minimum GPA 3.0
- Have strong communication skills especially in English language both written and spoken. Having a proficiency in speaking Mandarin/Hokkien is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor in Building Materials/Concrete industry
- Strong in implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept
- Outstanding ability in influencing and interpersonal skills with key internal and external stakeholders (Communication Skill)
- Good customer negotiation skill and complaint handling (Negotiation Skill)
- Ability to motivate Sales Force and drive individual effort to achieve desired target
- Office Location Citeureup/East Java/Bali
- 3. Bulk Sales Officer East Indonesia
