RANS Entertainment merupakan channel Youtube atau rumah produksi milik Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina dan nama RANS diambil dari penggabungan inisial Raffi Ahmad (RA) dan Nagita Slavina (NS). Pemilihan penggunaan kanal Youtube RANS Entertainment bermula dari kesukaan Nagita Slavina menonton berbagai tayangan YouTube. Nagita Slavina selalu merasa lebih bebas mengekspresikan diri melalui YouTube dibandingkan televisi.
1. Producer
Qualifications :
Maximum 28 years old
Minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working in the broadcasting field is preferred
Have a strong leadership & communication skills
Have a broad network
Advance understanding in creative environment from pre-production to post-production
Communicative and able to work individually or in a team
Discipline and have a good attitude
2. Creative Senior
Qualifications :
Maximum 28 years old, female is preferred
Minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a creative field or relevant
Creative, artsy and confident
Have a great passion of writing and working on the creative field
Communicative and able to work individually or in a team
Have an out-of-the-box thinking and up to date with trends
Discipline and have a good attitude
3. Creative Junior
Qualifcations :
Maximum 25 years old
Minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree
Eager to learn
Creative, artsy and confident
Have a great passion of writing and working on the creative field
Communicative and able to work individually or in a team
Have an out-of-the-box thinking and up to date with trends
Discipline and have a good attitude
