Posisi :

1. Support Staff PPIC

Key Accountabilities :

Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in the shift activities.
Ensure the production output meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines.
Supervise and controls accounting of raw materials.
Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and develops activities aimed at their improvement.
Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications :

Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of food safety, safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Confirmed problem-solving and analytical skills

2. Project Engineer

Key Accountabilities :

Help manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods.
Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
Experience in plant manufacturing and construction management
Ability to learn and adapt with environment

3. Territory Manager Aquaculture (Kalimantan Region)

Key Accountabilities :

Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals and participating in product demonstrations.
Help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
With basic knowledge of products, their characteristics and market, sell and stimulate demand for a series of products.
Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Working experience in fisheries industry for 2 years
Knowledge in Aquaculture business
Valid driving licence (4 wheelers)

4. Buyer

Key Accountabilities :

Execute medium and high complex sourcing events.
Drive the implementation of regional sourcing decisions and provide support with the implementation of global sourcing decisions.
Provide inputs to the global category team for category strategy development and execution.
Provide comprehensive understanding of regional stakeholder, and procurement landscape.
Monitor ongoing regional supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Follow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of noncontracted materials, goods, services and supplies.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Initiate and lead sourcing strategy for Energy and Energy Efficiency (sustainability effort) within designated responsibility and territory coverage.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education and experience.
Demonstrated strong self-initiative, sense of urgency and customer relationship building skills.
Demonstrate a “hands-on” style and willingness to engage proactively with stakeholders at all levels, within the sub-region.
Ability to present information (prepare reports, rationale and recommendations clearly and concisely to all levels of management).
Understanding of the Procure to Pay process and related technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Procure to Pay cloud solutions (Ariba, SAP ECC, others).
Prior experience working in a Buying / Procurement Organization in med-large complex organization.
English: Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Proven understanding & experience in the energy & utility (i/e: electricity, coal, renewable energy, natural gas, diesel oil, etc) market in Indonesia/Malaysia/Southeast Asia (supply demand model, market availability, policy surrounds the energy).
Minimum 2 years “hands-on experience” in indirect commodity purchase.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. APICS or ISM certification a plus.
Six sigma or lean certifications and a few years of experience implementing the principles.
Solid knowledge and experience in sourcing & managing coal & renewable energy purchase

5. Customer Value & Regulatory Compliance Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

Handle customer requirements, concerns and complaints ensuring proper prioritization and follow up.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities or other quality failures, respond to customer complaints and provide guidance.
Develop and lead the implementation of key food safety management system programs and critical food safety tasks.
Provide continuous improvement support for operations and other functional areas as needed.
Design and deliver food safety and quality related training internal and external stakeholders to improve awareness and quality capacity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Five years experience in food industry.
Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO)9001: 2000, ISO14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001 and Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000).
Having Sweeteners product knowledge would be an advantage

6. FSQR Lead – CASC Indonesia Refinery

Key Accountabilities :

Conducts verification and/or maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality Systems, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure, prerequisite programs, manufacturing processes, plant environment, and finished product.
Collaborates with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
Ensures adherence to corporate, regulatory, customer and facility food safety and quality requirements and completion of corrections and corrective actions.
Leads food safety focused audits (Corporate Food Safety, BRC, customer, regulatory).
Acts as Food Safety Team leader by coordinating and leading Food Safety Team and overseeing the food safety management system and management review.
Manages food safety management system compliance to appropriate government regulations.
Investigates and follow up on food safety incidents that occur in the plant to ensure they are reported and that corrective action and permanent corrections are taken.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Knowledge of USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services regulations

Preferred Qualifications :

Refinery operations knowledge focused in the area of food safety and quality
Advanced technical knowledge related to quality and auditing standards, regulatory practices and operational food safety policies/ procedures
Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills
Working knowledge of laboratory, SPC and plant processes
Microbiology knowledge
Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Package)
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team to established goals
Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement Tools
Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments

7. Quality Assurance Support

Key Accountabilities :

Conducts inspections of finished products or raw materials to identify trends in defects or errors, supporting more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to new team members
Conducts documentation review of HACCP and food safety and quality documents.
Assists in audits and shelf life projects through testing, preparing reports and final summaries.
Manages customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions and preventative measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Have background in feedmill industry is an advantage
Fresh graduate is welcome
Must have basic knowledge in Food Safety
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organization skills

8. Formulation & Digital Nutrition Specialist

Key Accountabilities :

Train new staff in formulation.
Advise internal and external partners and become the go-to person for ingredient know-how and nutrient evaluation related questions.
Communicate any opportunities for cost savings in the product portfolio, projects related to ingredient, nutrient and production know-how.
Implement and evaluate opportunities for purchasing new raw materials.
Implement new technologies for key customers.
Optimize nutritional requests, crafting the best offer from a nutritional and commercial perspective.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Customer-focused attitude
Computer literate, proficiency in Excel and formulation software
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Nutritional knowledge combined with formulation experience
Technical/Marketing experience coming from Poultry/Premix industry

9. Technical Services & Country Project Lead

Key Accountabilities :

Develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external TRANSFORM partners.
Provide guidance and support for the execution of research trials or studies ensuring all parties involved follow protocols.
Lead contact with research partners on day to day basis to ensure research protocol are followed.
Design and execute necessary training for those involved in trials to ensure all protocols are understood.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree is a must, Master’s degree or other post-secondary degree
