Posisi :
Warehouse SupervisorResponsibility
- In charge for overall inbound, inventory, and outbound process
- Make a decision for return refund claim
- Maintain the inventory accuracy
- Monitor all transactions on a daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transactions
- Negotiate with 3PL for warehouse fulfillment, (Manpower, KPI, and Improvement)
- Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance agents
Requirements
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): excel
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication in English
