PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk berdiri pada 1951 sebagai produsen ban sepeda yang memiliki dan mengoperasikan fasilitas produksi ban yang terintegrasi dan terbesar di Indonesia. Perusahaan selama bertahun-tahun memperluas kapasitas produksi dan awal diversifikasinya dalam pembuatan ban sepeda motor dan ban dalam, serta akhirnya ke dalam pembuatan ban kendaraan penumpang dan komersial. Perusahaan mulai memproduksi ban sepeda motor pada 1971 dan mulai memproduksi ban bias untuk penumpang dan kendaraan komersial pada 1981. Pada 1993, Perusahaan mulai memproduksi dan menjual ban radial untuk mobil penumpang dan truk ringan. Pada 2010, Perusahaan melakukan pengembangan kemampuan produksi ban TBR.
Posisi:
1. Domestic SalesQualifications :
- Bachelor or Master degree in any major from reputable university
- Has minimum 2 years working experience in retail sales/export sales/OEM sales from automotive industry or related business
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and Proficient in English
- Good strategic planning and management skills
- Willing to travel

2. Export Sales Assistant Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Day to day communication with the assigned customers to ensure optimal sales order.
- Monitor and support the order processing, shipments, payments from the respective customers.
- Conduct market research and analyse market dynamics along with competitor activities monitoring, both by liaising with customer and directly visiting the market.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales target and establish a proposal to management, profit and loss report shall be one of the key points in the proposal.
- Tabulate customers demand and provide necessary forecast to ensure factory has a clear info in establishing their production plan
- Analyse product requirement in the market and liaise with internal team (Product Development team, RnD, Factory, etc.) to have the right products applied in the right market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in any major from reputable university
- 3-5 years of working experience in retail sales/export sales/OEM sales from automotive industry or related business, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English both verbal and written
- Good strategic planning and management skills
- Willing to travel

3. Staf Import
Uraian Pekerjaan :
- Proses prosedur penanganan dari penerimaan dokumen sampai pengeluaran barang import
- Menyerahkan laporan dokumen yang diminta ke Bea Cukai
- Membuat laporan dalam proses penerimaan dokumen sampai pengeluaran barang Import
- Membantu pembuatan laporan untuk ke Sukofindo dan Asuransi barang import
Kualifikasi :
- Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait
- Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import
- Location: Head Office, Jakarta
4. Network Administrator
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Has more than 5 years of experience in a network administrator role.
- Working knowledge and expertise in Administrator Network, CCNA, AD/OS Windows Server 2016/2019 and Ms. Exchange: 2016/2019
- Mastery in Antivirus Trend Micro, Backup Arcserve UDP, HCI Technology and Cluster 2016/2019 is an added value
- Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions
