Berdiri pada tanggal 6 Juli 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“Balitower”) merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur Menara Telekomunikasi terkemuka di Propinsi Bali dan pelopor penyedia sarana Menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui jaringan fiber optic/nirkable yang senantiasa dapat mendukung kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi. Pada Tanggal 13 Maret 2014, Balitower resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mulai diperdagangkan dengan kode Emiten BALI.
1. Marketing
Responsibilities
- Plans and organizes marketing structure
- Communicate professionally both verbal and writing
- Be the lead point of communication for any and all matters specific as relates to customers
- Analyze data archives of all marketing files related to customer’s document
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report related to sales pipeline
- Organize and manage all reports to customers and vice versa
- Create a particular monthly report as reguired by customer
- Plan & implement marketing strategy that has been outlined
- Co-ordinate with all company’s department to achieve sales objective
Reguirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Management / Marketing or eguivalent
- Minimal 3 years experience in sales field (proven marketing & office administration experience)
- Interpersonal skills & able to maintain relationship with customer
- Ability to manage personal workflow in order to meet target (deadlines)
- Detail oriented and outflows upon very high level of accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- A good negotiator
- Confidence and persuasive (good in presentation skill)
- Proficient with MS Office particularly Word & Excel – advanced Level
2. Admin Marketing
Responsibilities
- Coordination with project to administrations task provide and submitting document to client, aiso follow up client regional until getting approval
- Marketing staff responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling marketing administration activities, under the direction of Account Manager
- Maintaining database report and sending weekly and monthly report progress to Account Manager
- Administrations task provide of internal such IM (Internal Memo), SO (Sales Order), FPU, correspondence, etc
Reguirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is reguired for this position
- Reguired skill : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), Oracle, administration, and document control
- Detail oriented and adaptable
