SPX – Line Haul Lead

Responsibilities:

Plans, schedules and manages the inbound and outbound line haul operations by land, air, and sea.
Create line haul strategies, schedules and plans to maximize capacity, and ensure all deliveries are fast and on time.
Manages transport and drivers.
Develops strategic plans to support peak volume.
Ensures and oversees a thorough investigation of schedule delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accident.
Implement SOPs and policies related to line haul & shuttle safety and security.

Requirements:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree (any major) from a reputable university.
Have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in line haul field or logistic transportation.
Have experience working in transport, supply chain and logistics company.
Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
Like challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environment
