PT SMART Tbk berdiri tahun 1962, SMART tercatat sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak 1992 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta adalah salah satu perusahaan publik produk konsumen berbasis kelapa sawit yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka di Indonesia yang berfokus pada produksi minyak sawit yang lestari. Aktivitas utama SMART dimulai dari pengelolaan 138 ribu hektar kebun kelapa sawit di Indonesia, termasuk lahan plasma; pemanenan dan pengolahan tandan buah segar menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit (PK), hingga memprosesnya menjadi beragam produk industri dan konsumen seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 4 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit dan 4 pabrik rafinasi di Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Understands and translates business data to deliver effective HR services within a location or shared services environment.
  • Guides line management regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes customer feedback, performs root cause analysis and recommends solutions.
  • Consults with management and drives collaboration with other functions in HR to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges.
  • Oversees the implementation of new policies, plans and procedures, successfully implementing HR strategies, policies and programs within a location (PSM)
  • Identifies and implements continuous improvement enhancements and troubleshoots process errors in partnership with the HR business partners.
  • Supervises staff engaged in the delivery of human resources operations activities.
  • Monitors level of client service responsiveness, production and quality to ensure group goals are met by applying customer service satisfaction techniques
  • Handles escalations and tracks resolutions, coordinates schedules ensuring proper coverage, evaluates performance and coaches for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or Human Resource Management
  • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
  • Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan
  • Full-time position
