Bentuk usaha Pos Indonesia ini berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 1995. Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut berisi tentang pengalihan bentuk awal Pos Indonesia yang berupa perusahaan umum (perum) menjadi sebuah perusahaan persero.

Requirements
- Male / Female
- Minimum age 18 years old and maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Senior High School (SLTA) graduate / equivalent
- Attach the copy of Police Certificate (SKCK), Identity Card (KTP), latest diploma and driver's license SIM C
- Attach a Health Certificate
- Attach a 4x6 cm photograph
- Not currently in working contract with other party
- Not married
