Customer Relationship Management
This is an exciting opportunity to join The largest pizza chain in the world. The primary function of the CRM is to define, evaluate and deliver the CRM strategy aimed at encouraging customer retention and loyalty. The role will be essential in shaping anddelivering marketing /promotional campaigns. We are therefor looking a CRM for location in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Descriptions :
- Assist to manage CRM and customer data analysis
- Plan and deliver CRM campaigns, exclusive deals and membership programs encouraging customer retention
- Develop customer journey map and execute relevant communication
- Plan and execute A/B test by analyzing online behavior data using Firebase, Appsflyer and internal data in order to improve customer experience as well as conversion rate of APP
- Work closely with IT team and agencies in order to ensure the most effective approach
Requirements :
- Mature
- Age 30-40 years old
- Expert and familiar with data analytic
- At least 5 years of proven experience in CRM and Loyalty Program
- Extensive experience of UXUI improvement and digital campaign
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Statistics/ Business or equivalent is preferable
- Fluent in English
- Analytical skill, data oriented, driven mindset and problem-solving attitude
