High Flyer Internship 2021 – IT / MIS

High Flyer Internship is a 6 months program designed for dynamic and ambitious students eager to gain real life working experience under industry experts. You will be given real responsibilities and become the pilot that navigates the project from its departure until it reaches its destination.

Requirements

Indonesian Nationality
Active university student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included) from Computer Science or IT major
Available for full time internship up to 6 months
Proficient in English both verbal & written
Willing to work hybrid (work from home & work from office by shifting)
Understand step by step on Project Development from User Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Acceptance test and go Live
Design & Innovative – able to create know how to create simple yet effective announcement / communications
Power Point, Excel, and Office
Basic IT Skill, such as SQL

Job Description

IT Announcement/Tips

To support and increase user awareness or know how to use IT Tools in L’Oreal, MIS plans to send IT Newsletter regularly
Announcement base on most issues found or new tools / application that will be launched in the nearest period
MIS Intern will have to create this announcement and deliver it to all users on the first week of every month
Translate security announcement provided by zone before distributed to all employees

IT Tools & Application Video Tutorial :

Create video script about IT Tools & Application guideline which exist in L’Oreal to help users with visualization on how to use or when they had trouble with related tools
Proactively build communications with team and vendor
Creative and Innovative, have a sense to identify what employee needs

EE Project Support :
- Help on documentation / translation to local language (if needed)
- Support on EE Project like Leading by Example, Employee Journey
- Support on Action Plan taken base on Leading by Example or Focus group result
- Create documentation about Leading by Example result
- Actively engage and collaborate with HR team and Corp com team to deliver successful IT tools/services roll out.
- Conduct survey to employee to understand employee needs related with IT
- Learn, understand and know how to use related IT tools and technology.
- Help to arrange Forum Group Discussion related to IT tools/applications every semester
- Recap and summarize users feedback as IT semester improvement plan
- IT Day Virtual (LDR) Training; organize and align with LFD team on the schedule, material and games to held by one of the IT team trainer virtually
- Monthly IT (LDR) Socialization/Training; align with LFD team to organize monthly virtual training with specific monthly material, gift and games

IT Project :

Assist IT Project leader to ensure end to end CRM brand implementation ie. system integration and security between vendor
Assist business user while doing user testing
Testing application and give feedback
