1. HR Busines Partner (HRBP) Region
Job Description
- Work with HR & GA branch to identify strategic HR initiative to ensure quality of HR operational service Delivery
- Manage people development activities to ensure high performing organization in Region
- Monitor recruitment fulfillment status to ensure effective talent acquisition that matches business strategy
- Coordinate with Industrial Relation to manage industrial relations risk
- Coordinate communication between branch and HO departments / sections in implementinginitiatives
- Perform organization alignmentis in place to support operation and business growth
- Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness
- Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective trainingand development program
Qualification
- Min Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management
- Experienced min 8 years in Human Resource function with min. 3 years in managerial position
- General HR knowledge (Recruitment, Compentation and Benefit, Training and People Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relation)
- Labor Law Knowledge
- Competency based Human Resources Management
- Willing to do busines travel
2. Sales Executive (Chemical)
Responsible for conducting sales activities for customers included in the assigned customer portfolio, include prepare individual sales planning, handle sales order processing, maintain relationship with existing and/or prospective customers to achieved sales target.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply for the position
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Target oriented
- Having Driving License (SIM A) is required.
- Willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta
