PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk berdiri pada 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia dalam hal aset, pinjaman, dan deposit. Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri yang mulai beroperasi sebagai bank gabungan milik pemerintah Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1999.
Salah
satu pencapaian penting adalah penggantian secara menyeluruh platform
teknologi. Bank Mandiri mewarisi sembilan sistem perbankan dari keempat
‘legacy banks’. Setelah investasi awal untuk konsolidasi sistem yang
berbeda tersebut, Bank Mandiri mulai melaksanakan program penggantian
platform yang berlangsung selama tiga tahun, dimana program pengganti
tersebut difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penetrasi di segmen
‘retail banking’.

- We Are Looking for Officer Development Program (ODP)
- This program prepares you for leadership positions across many levels in Mandiri. By joining the program, you will be trained by highly experienced bankers, professionals and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership. The program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank.
- In addition to this comprehensive training package, you will get to be coached by the bank’s top talent who will help you achieve your fullest potential and have a better understanding of your strengths. You will also have access to our top leaders and closely work with senior managers in projects that will develop your critical skills.
- Local / International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Engineering
- Accounting
- Grade Point Average:
- Graduate (S1): a minimum of 3.00 or equivalent;
- Postgraduate (S2): a minimum of 3.20 or equivalent
- Maximum age for selection:
