PT Kereta Api Pariwisata (INDORAILTOUR) berdiri pada 2009 adalah anak perusahaan PT Kereta Api Indonesia yang diakui sebagai salah satu pelopor pariwisata berbasis kereta api di Indonesia dan merupakan organisasi mapan dalam industri pariwisata di Indonesia. Produk jasa/ layanan yang kami tawarkan meliputi paket-paket wisata menggunakan kereta api sebagai transportasi utama didukung dengan angkutan lanjutan, serta layanan penunjangnya seperti ticketing domestik dan internasional, membuat paket wisata baik bagi individu maupun kelompok, akomodasi, pengurusan dokumen perjalanan (Paspor, Visa & asuransi) dll. Kami membangun reputasi kami pada kualitas layanan dan pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang tujuan wisata yang tak tertandingi dalam industri pariwisata Indonesia saat ini. Posisi:

1. Ticketing Officer (Code: TO-02)

Placement in Area DAOP 2 Bandung

Job Description:

Carry out sales service or train ticket reservation appropriately, quickly, effectively, and communicatively
Provide information service to prospective passenger in a friendly, polite, informative and communicative manners

Qualifications:

Indonesian citizen
Maximum 25 years old
Minimum height 165 cm for male and 158 cm for female
Minimum education:

High School (SMA) graduate with minimum National Exam (UN) average score 6.0
Diploma 3 / Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75 and minimum accreditation grade B on graduation date

Not married (Single)
Physically and mentally fit
Attractive and neat appearance
Mastery minimum 2 languanges (Bahasa and English)
Honest and have high integrity
Preferably have work experience as Cashier, Teller or Customer Service
Have high spirit of service
Able to work under pressure
Friendly and have high empathy

Able to work in shifting system

Job Description:

Job Description:

Provide services to railway prospective passengers and passengers, related with providing information and handling complaint at the station
Serve information needs related to services and programs of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)
Handle and follow up on every complaint, suggestion, and customer criticism to the related unit

Qualifications:

Indonesian citizen
Maximum 25 years old
Minimum height 165 cm for male and 158 cm for female
Minimum Diploma 3 / Bachelor degree
Minimum GPA 2.85
Minimum accreditation grade B on graduation
Physically and mentally fit
Attractive and neat appearance
Mastery minimum 2 languanges (Bahasa and English) actively
Honest and have high integrity
Preferably have work experience as a Teller or Customer Service
Have high spirit of service
Able to work under pressure

Minimum High School (SMA) graduate
Minimum National Exam (UN) average score 6.0

Preferably have work experience as Announcer and in broadcasting
