Kalbe Nutritionals adalah salah satu anak perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. Pada awalnya Kalbe Nutritionals berdiri tahun 1982 dengan nama PT Sanghiang Perkasa yang dikenal masyarakat sebagai Kalbe Health Foods Division di bidang kesehatan. Produk yang dihasilkan merupakan produk makanan dan minuman kesehatan berupa susu untuk bayi, anak-anak, remaja, ibu hamil dan menyusui, beberapa kebutuhan khusus kaum manula, serta biskuit dan sereal bayi. Pada 2007 melakukan perubahan nama Kalbe Farma Health Foods Division menjadi Kalbe Nutritionals.

Saat ini Kalbe Nutritionals kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan September 2020 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.

Posisi:

1. Head of Area (HOA)

Responsibilities :

Increase the number of products visibility in area of responsibility to reach the highest and best sales target
Build the best relationship with multi distributor related with KALBE Nutritionals division’s business

Requirements:

Maximum age 35 years old
Bachelor degree from any major
Have minimal 3 years experience in handling, manage, and have good relationship with distributor to reach the sales target and product penetration
Excellent in communication and can build good relationship with people in new environment
Excellent in managing execution and strong in problem solving
Excellent integrity, strict, honest, high motivation to learn something new, can be trusted, and humble
Willing to be relocated in all branch

2. Trade Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Develop plan trade activity, prepare by product category activity calendar, in line with Marketing campaign, and ensure all supporting tools and budget available, tracked to meet customer in Market Sales objective.
Coordinate implementation of consumer promotions, trade promotions Traditional, Modern Trade Channel and E-Commerce for merchandising, display and distribution activities.
Coordinate with marketing teams and sales team area for develop trade activity and event based to market insight and support sales team area to optimizes
Analyze trend market and sales results of retail channel (Modern Trade, General trade, and ECommerce), in depth analysis of competition, distribution models

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
Have Experience on Trade Marketing for minimum 3 years, preferable from FMCG / Pharmacy Industry, retail or E-Commerce
Good Communication and presentation skill
English Literate
Excelent Command on Ms. Office and social media asset would be advantage
Willing to travel across city around of Indonesia

3. PWA Developer

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience as developer/programmer with any programming language and PWA skill is a must.
Willing to be placed in North Jakarta

4. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR (ASS)

Responsibilities :

Maintain assigned cities sales target achievement
Create & increase market demand through customer relationship activities and promotion of below the line activity
Visit the market to evaluate market share and learn about competitor activity
Maintain relation with business partner that relate to company’s business
Will be placed in KALBE Nutritionals' subsidiary : PT Kalbe Blackmores Nutrition

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
Have related experience minimum 2 year as ASPR/ASPS (preferably have experience handling supplement category or modern drugstore channel)
Willing to be placed at all area in Indonesia
Have experiences coverage area Banjarmasin / Pontianak
