Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) (Persero) Tbk adalah salah satu BUMN di
bidang perencanaan dan konstruksi bangunan. PT PP berdiri pada 26
Agustus 1953 dengan nama NV Pembangunan Perumahan. Kemudian diganti
menjadi PN Pembangunan Perumahan melalui PP no. 63 tahun 1960. Terakhir,
berdasarkan PP no. 39 tahun 1971, statusnya berubah kembali menjadi PT
Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero). Pada 2016 dilakukan diversifikasi PT PP
Energi di Jakarta, Indonesia.

Posisi:
1. Organizational Development Internship
Job Description:
- Manage the effectiviness of organization sturcture & job descriptions.
- Review performing manpower calculation and set ratios to justify the manpower requirements.
- Develop & Implement company wide OD & Talent programs to support workforce & Business goals.
- Operate Talent Mapping in support of Career and Succession Planning program.
- Performs job evaluation, identify and provide job competencies and grading structure.
- Manage the performance appraisal. performance review process and appropriate feedback.
- Involve process mapping to assess and improve process effectivenes.
- Design and develop of policies, procedure and work instruction to all units.
- Evaluate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Male and Single
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
- No work experience required.
- High degree of multi-tasking.
- Able to work as a team and independent.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent in Ms. Office and basic computer skill.
- Fluent in English. both oral and written.
2. Finance Auditor Internship
Job Description:
- Supporting GCG Team during Self Assessment period
- Supporting in the documents fulfillment process for ISO 37001 certification.
- Maintaining all documents for archiving purposes
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management or Administration with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university
- No work experience required .
- Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
