PT IDcommerce Service Solution dibidang jasa pengiriman modern berbasis teknologi AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) dan perangkat lunak berbasis robot. Penggunaan teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan layanan masyarakat dibidang jasa pengiriman mulai dari penerimaan barang, pengepakan, pengelolaan inventaris, sampai pelacakan, sehingga seluruh pelaku usaha di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara dapat menerima laporan prosedur yang lebih jelas, lancar dan mudah diakses.

Posisi:

1. Training Staff (Operation)

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor degree in any field
3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (is a plus).
Clear communication and presentation skill
Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
Interpersonal skills
Willing to travel & willing to be placed in our Head Office in PIK, north of Jakarta

2. Admin Social Media

Qualifications:

Female, max age 27 years old.
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Have an understanding of social media.
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Placement at PIK, North Jakarta.

3. Customer Service

Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
Ability to use positive language and communicate clearly.
Patience, Attentive, Ability to handle surprises.
Unafraid to deal with large, dirty, and messy data.
Strong empathy and ability to read customers.
Directly produces daily, weekly and monthly report and defining customer’s core problems.
