Posisi:
1. OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Responsibility :
- Bertanggung jawab untuk disiplin kontraktor keamanan
- Kontrol / koordinator tugas keamanan kontraktor sehari-hari
- Berkoordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah seperti departemen polisi, tentara, dan departemen terkait lainnya
- Koordinasi masalah keamanan untuk penyewa dan keselamatan pengunjung
- Berkoordinasi dengan Jurusan Teknik dalam pelaksanaan dan pencegahan kebakaran dalam pendirian
- Monitor tanggung jawab Kontraktor Keamanan di area parkir yang meliputi keamanan, arah, dan pelaksanaan prosedur parkir
- Laporan Manager Operasional dalam hal kejadian yang berkaitan dengan parkir dan pengaturannya
- Melakukan pemeriksaan harian pada situasi mall dan kasus yang mungkin membutuhkan pemantauan keamanan
Requirement :
- Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan
- Berpengalaman sebagai Operasional
- 3 Tahun (Diutamakan dibidang Mall/Property)
- Dapat bekerja secara team, jujur & bertanggung jawab
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan (dalam bahasa inggris lebih diutamakan)
- Menguasai Ms.Office (Terutama Ms.Excel)
2. ADVERTISING & PROMOTION OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and organize promotional activities effectively and efficiently in collaboration with the event organizer.
- Manage the process of implementing sponsorship in a promotional event in accordance with the specified targets.
- Prepare and produce all promotional media such as flyers, posters, banners, etc.
- Prepare and organize sales promotion activities that can stimulate visitors to shop at the mall. As well as developing and promoting event schedules and promos on maal to reach the mall traffic target.
- Monitor advertising, events and promotions, monitor visitor traffic reports and report the results of events from tenants, and ensure that all activities and exhibitions can be carried out properly and in accordance with SOP.
- Control and supervise social media.
- Assist in finding joint promo income every month in order to reach the target.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public relation or any related degree.
- Good understanding of business process of Mall, Policy and Procedure as well as business issues of the Company.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make good, independent decisions and be able to effectively deal with stress
- Well developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner.
- Possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate Regulatory subject matters.
- Good Computer Skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral and written).
- Strong customer service and client management.
- Minimum experience 0-1 year in the same field.
3. ADMIN MALL
Job Description:
- Memastikan kegiatan administrasi operasional di Mall berjalan dengan baik dan lancar
- Mengatur dokumen rapi, lengkap dan mudah diambil serta mendistribusikan korespondensi sesuai dengan waktu yang tepat
- Mengajukan approval AF ke Dept Finance yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan operasional setelah penawaran barang & Jasa telah di acc Purchase
- Menghasilkan pekerjaan administrasi terbaik berkaitan dengan proses operasional
Job Requirements:
- S1 semua jurusan (IPK min 3.00)
- Lebih diutamakan yang berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun
- Mampu mengatur prioritas, disiplin dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim
- Memiliki komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan tim
4. LEGAL SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Prepare legal documents for the benefit of the company.
- Prepare lease agreements, addendum agreements, manpower cooperation agreements and warning letters.
- Ensure that the complete mall documents comply with government regulations.
- Making the SPK PO in accordance with the request and the results of negotiations, giving the realization of the SPK PO.
- Supplier and contractor evaluation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written)
- Proficiency in computer.
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skill
- Have an understanding of the rules and / or laws that apply today.
- Able to run management-determined reports.
- The ability to work in a stressful environment.
- Strong customer service and client management
- Minimum fresh graduate of bachelor degree for officer level and minimum 2 years for supervisor level.
5. TENANT RELATION SECTION HEAD
Job Description:.
- Build relationship with tenants and coordinate support from tenants for activities, promotions, campaigns and mentoring activities.
- Continue to help tenants to ensure operational support is completed by managing tenant issues related to complaints, etc.
- Design and conduct questionnaire in order to evaluate management performance if it is at par with tenant’s expectation and satisfaction.
- Identifying and ensuring the operation standards set by management are communicated to all tenants and implemented.
- Manage the budget for customer service support needs effectively and efficiently
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public relation or any related degree.
