Posisi:

1. Accounting Supervisor
Job Description:

  • Monitor the outstanding balances in balance sheet accounts.
  • Monitor the transactions in profit loss and ensure the correct classification of the transactions.
  • Monitor the store code for the main transactions to ensure correct profit loss statement per department/store.
  • Identify and book accruals based on actual activity in the related period.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and perform tagging for newly purchase fixed asset.
  • Prepare listings such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, etc.
  • Generate reports and handling inquiries from auditors during year-end audit.
  • Assisting the accounting manager in doing the closing.
  • Preparing data requests from other departments.
  • Prepare listings for main balance sheet accounts.
  • Managing the fixed asset bookkeeping.
  • Performing daily accounting jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hold Accounting degree.
  • Have experience in working for audit firm, preferably from big 4 audit firms.
  • Working experience as an auditor for min. 3 years/experience as an accounting staff for min. 4 years.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work to make efficient use of available time.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability in working under pressure and have a good interpersonal skills.

2. Product Requirement & Compliance Specialist
Job Description:

  • Ensure your country is legally compliant with all product legislations and that methods are in place for monitoring, mapping, follow-up and implementation.
  • Work proactively to influence and challenge the established way of working and participating in internal and external networks.
  • Develop a good working relationship with national consumer authorities and be identified as the IKEA contact person in all matters relating to product requirements and compliance.
  • Participate in and/or monitor national standardization work and business associations in order to influence and drive improvements of product-related laws and standards.
  • Report national product legislations and standards, and provide Product Requirements & Compliance at IoS (IoS PR&C) with an analysis of their content and possible implications. This shall be done with sufficient lead time to ensure that IKEA organizations are able to implement any action required to secure compliance.
  • Identify product recall and product safety reporting procedures on the local market and keep IoS PR&C informed about the same.
  • Monitor and follow up safety/environmental product reporting obligations on the local market and support appropriate retail functions to ensure timely reporting of any necessary information to applicable authorities.
  • Establish regular contacts with matrix partners in IKEA stores and the Service Office to keep them informed about product safety and compliance issues that could affect the business.
  • Secure a common approach for handling PR&C issues by working closely with other PR&C specialists in the PR&C global network, thereby ensuring one way of working.
  • Support IoS PR&C in product investigations and matters concerning product safety and non-compliance.
  • Support the stores and customer centre in product safety-related issues, such as recall situations and media attention, and handle all product safety and non-compliance-related contacts with national authorities or relevant organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Interest in people’s life at home and home furnishings.
  • Degree in any major and/or experiences from related field.
  • Knowledge &/ ability to quickly develop knowledge of national product legislation, local market situation and trends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively &/ building networks to different target groups, internally and externally, as well as experts and non-experts.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Problem solving experience gained in organisation, for example, handling safety or quality issues.
  • Good understanding of business with a working background that set the customer in focus.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work to make efficient use of available time.
  • Ability to lead processes and deliver results on time.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Good attention to detail, and able to work well with certain degree of administrative task – application letter, registration, PO/invoices
  • Working proficiency on Excel is added value.

Job Description:

  • Understand our market, our consumers and their living situations and use this to improve how our customers’ meet our range.
  • Work with our stores and IKEA of Sweden to use your knowledge of our customers in our market, to ensure our customers’ home furnishing needs are reflected in the IKEA range now and in the future.
  • Use the knowledge of the local market and competition to proactively secure the competitive advantage of our products.
  • See the stores through the eyes of our customers and give constructive, honest feedback to your shopkeepers on how they can improve the shopping experience for our customers.
  • Analyse individual store performance/customer feedback. You use this information to identify good solutions and ideas for improving the IKEA easy buying, easy selling process. This allows me to best assist my shopkeepers in securing that our customer can Search, Find, Choose and Buy in order to sell more.
  • Clearly communicate business strategies and priorities to my shopkeepers in a way which motivates them to take ownership for their part in achieving the overall goals and the IKEA objectives.

4. Sales Team Leader (Bandung)
Job Description
Your Assignments:

  • Taking full responsibility to ensure your shop is in excellent shape as new and fully stocked, and with the four merchandising basics in place at all times (priced, clean, well assembled and available).
  • Actively sales steer to your department’s top-selling products, prioritised products (e.g. overstock/övertag) and IKEA service products in order to maximise sales and long-term profitability.
  • Together with the Shopkeeper, taking responsibility for your department goals and ensure the action plan is in place and communicated clearly to them. Following up and taking action accordingly by using proven solutions and good examples. Defining your individual contribution and goals for delivering the department plan.
  • Passionate about the IKEA products in your shop. Creating a high level of knowledge about the products’ features and benefits, and share this with customers and the team.
  • Being proactive in finding opportunities and acting on them to maximise sales through understanding customers and the local market and keeping an eye on competition.
  • Together with your team, focusing on putting the customer first in everything you do within the store shop. Every customer must have a shopping experience that exceeds his or her expectations.
