Heavy Equipment Inspector
Responsibilities
- Inspect and approve / disapprove Heavy Equipment, Heavy & Light vehicle prior to their use in site
- Ensure all equipment certification are valid
- Develop an inspection report, etc.
Qualifications
- Male
- 30 - 50 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- At least 10 years experience
- Having Crane Inspector MIGAS Certificate
- Good skill in English and able to communicate with English
QAQC Piping Inspector
Responsibilities
- Verification / inspection for Underground Piping Work
- Monitoring quality activities of piping work
- Coordination with IPMT and subcontractor for field inspection activities
Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
- Less than 45 years' old
- At least 3 years' experience
- Having certification in Welding Inspector (AWS, B4T, BNSP, CSWIP or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
QAQC Piping Material Inspector
Responsibilities
- Verification / inspection for Piping Material Work
- Monitoring quality activities of piping work
- Coordination with IPMT and subcontractor for material inspection activities
Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
- Less than 45 years' old
- At least 3 years' experience
- Having certification in Welding Inspector (AWS, B4T, BNSP, CSWIP or Equivalent)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Electrical Inspector
Resposibilities
- Inspect and approve / disapprove electrical tools and equipment prior to their use based on company procedure
- Develop an inspection report, etc.

- Having Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Listrik KEMNAKER
- More than 5 years related experience

HSE Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Support HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, Guidliness and procedures
- Provide support to project and operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues
- Ensure all worksites compliant with company policies and site specific procedure
Qualifications
- Male
- 28 - 50 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years experience
- Certificate Ahli K3 Umum & Migas
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Doctor Site
Responsibilities
- Review and Verify MCU Result, Ensure worker are fit for job position
- Conduct Site Clinic to deliver primary medical care, minor surgery and consultation
- Conduct occupational health management system, include prior to work, medical examination, return to work, recording and reporting
- Doing related medic activities
Qualifications
- Male
- 30 - 50 years old
- Medical Doctor
- Experienced more than 10 years in related position
- Certificate STR (National), SIP (Balikpapan), ACLS, ATLS, Hiperkes
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Paramedic Site
Responsibilities
- Respond immediately and deliver initial stabilization for injures / illness person at the scene prior transfer to site clinic
- Assist site doctor in implementation of health management program
- Doing related medic activities
Qualifications
- Male
- 25 - 50 years old
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Experienced more than 5 years in related position
- Certificate STR (National), SIP (Balikpapan), BTCLS, Hiperkes
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
