Rekrutmen.NET - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk ("TBIG") merupakan perusahaan induk dari Tower Bersama Group. TBIG didirikan pada tahun 2004 dan sahamnya tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 26 Oktober 2010.

Tower Bersama Group merupakan salah satu dari dua perusahaan menara independen terbesar di Indonesia. Kegiatan usaha utama Perseroan adalah menyewakan tower space pada sites sebagai tempat pemasangan perangkat telekomunikasi milik penyewa untuk transmisi sinyal berdasarkan skema perjanjian sewa jangka panjang melalui Entitas Anak. Perseroan juga menyediakan akses untuk operator telekomunikasi ke jaringan repeater dan IBS milik Perseroan sehingga dapat memancarkan jaringan sistem telekomunikasi di gedung-gedung perkantoran dan pusat-pusat perbelanjaan yang terletak pada wilayah perkotaan.

Posisi:

1. Area Asset Field Staff (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the schedule and reporting time of handover sites (SSTA) implemented on time
Responsible to follow up all punch lists to complete the SSTA process.
Ensuring the construction of asset meet the quality requirements (ATP)
Handling the implementation of CAF in field
Manage all administration & documentation required for adding and subtracting instruments

Requirements:

S1 Civil Engineering or D3 with min 3 years of experience in civil construction
Having min. 2 years of experience in telecommunication industry
Able to handle tower site assessment in field
Good communication & independent

2. CME Inspector (Sulawesi)

Responsibilities:

Responsible in monitoring the accuracy of work schedule, quality of work project and the ATP process with prioritizing health and safety
Ensure the quality of work project based on approved BoQ and APD
Control and monitor the tower construction process that carried out by Vendor based on work schedule and the applicable standard operation procedure
Resolve any problems and issues that occur in site that become the areas of responsibility
Implement ATP with customer and vendorMonitor the quality of material and installation in the field by Vendor
Monitor and do regular visit to the site

Requirements:

S1 in Civil Engineering or Diploma 3 with min. 4 years experiences
Have minimum 2 years of experiences in relevant field
Good in negotiation and communication skills
Working assignment at Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua area

3. Data Compliance Support Officer (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all document & license of tower telecommunication comply with regulation
Assist Project Management team in monitoring permit documentation & administration
Identify permits execution issues and develop problem solving activities as required
Develop regulatory database & compliance for monitoring & update the required permits
Develop and maintains good working relationships with stakeholders & related institution

Requirements:

S1 degree from reputable university (all major)
Minimum 2 years of experiences in telecommunication permit
Strong knowledge in regulation of telecomunnication industries
Good in negotiation and communication skills
Able to manage administration & documentation
