Posisi :
1. PARTS ANALYST

Responsibilities :

To analyze, count and perform adjustment and manage all stock parts inventory based on procedures that have been defined in order to achieve target.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical Engineering, Material/Metallurgy Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age 27 years old in 2019
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong leadership, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
- Computer literacy is a must
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT ANALYST

Responsibilities :

Processing the Internal and External Sourcing both active and passive candidates to fulfill the Man Power Plan, including analysis the Man Specification needs by User. Conduct the Psychological Test and Interview process. Execute Employer Branding activities such as campus visit, multimedia content to bring to life the company EVP.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 26 years old in 2020
- Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal skill with the ability to foster relationship with internal & external stakeholder, posses strong drive, and able to work under tight schedule.
- Experienced in major project in Employer Branding, Recruitment & Assessment.
- Possess Computer & Creative Media literacy is more preferred (Ms. Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva)
- Fluent in English both oral and written

3. BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients.

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from all Engineering & Management Major
- Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- High interest in Marketing and Sales
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven

4. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities :

- Planning & Executing Financial activity
- Analyzing financial reports
- Completing regular (quarterly and annual) financial reports
- Implementing & Executing administration, reporting, reconcilliation related to Accounting activity
- Monitoring & Collecting customer payments / account receivable (AR) by recording cash, checks and credit transaction
- Post revenues by verifying & entering transaction

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 27 years old in 2020
- Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
- Computer literacy is a must
- Have at least 1 year working experience
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply

5. AR & COLLECTION STAFF

Responsibilities :

- Planning & Executing Account Receivable (AR) activity
- Post customer payment by recording cash, check, and credit card transaction.
- Completing regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) review with related department.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, marketing, and customers.
- Responsible for Managing, Monitoring & Collection all outstanding account receivable (AR) from clients and customer by recording cash, checks and credit transaction.
- Responsible for other aspects of collections, resole customer billing problem and reducing the amount of accounts receivables
- Post revenues by verifying & entering transaction
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to AR account, verifying totals and preparing report.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting / Management / Finance
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 27 years old in 2020
- Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
- Willingness to work in office and field

6. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities :

To completing analytic request to support strategic decision needs that require CRM analytics input, provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives. Identify trends that need to be addressed with changes to marketing strategy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age 27 years old in 2020
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
- Deep knowledge of data and analytics methods, minimum has experience on using google analytics or similiar data solution
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- At least 1-2 years of CRM, analytics or similiar analytics field work-related experience is required for this position

7. INTERNAL AUDITOR

Responsibilities :

- Organise audit preparation and analyse data of selected area to be audited to provide initial information include financial data, manpower, business/work processes.
- Conduct audit process, include audit working papers and audit observation, to provide quality audit report and completed as scheduled in annual audit plan.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 26 years old
- Minimum 1 years of experiences in auditing
- Have a good analytical thinking and detail oriented
- Have a Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated

8. ENVIRONTMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) STAFF

Responsibilities :

Creating , Implementing and Monitoring the concept, health & safety management systems from prevention to treatment of the occurrence of irregularities health & safety regulations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor (S1) from Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Hyperkes, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 26 years old
- Have an experience in the field of Environment, Health & Safety particularly in oil and gas sector.
- Have a safety certification (AK3U or SMK3) is more preferred
- Have a Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated.

9. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities :

As a leader technical for each development new application, change of application, improvement ‘fix bug’ and application problem, ERP and Non-ERP in order to support user business process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Informatic System / Informatic Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum 26 years old
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- High interest in programming (more than 1 years in CRM more preferred)
- Have an experience in MySQL, VB.net more preferred

10. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) SDH/PDH

Responsibilities :

You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing, reporting Parts Sales and Service activities in the branch office.

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University

- High interest in Engine, Maintenance, Parts Sales and Service Activities
