Operations Finance Analyst - Karawang
Rise to Challenge
We are looking for Operations Finance Analyst, who will be responsible to:
  1. Calculate, analyze and report Manufacturing expenses in compliance with Indonesian & US GAAP
  2. Calculate, analyze and report Manufacturing KPIs
  3. Ensure timely and accurate financial transaction reflected in SAP inline with month-end closing schedule
  4. Collaborate and provide financial advisory to Manufacturing
  5. Seek improvement opportunities in Finance processes
Experiences & Skills
  1. Bachelor or Master degree from reputable universities majoring in Financial or Accounting.
  2. 3-4 years Management Accounting / Cost Accounting
  3. Strong analytical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skill
  4. Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  5. Literacy in SAP will be a plus
  6. Willing to be located in Factory locations

Manager Order to Cash (O2C) Projects - Surabaya
Rise to Challenge
We are looking for Manager Order to Cash (O2C) Projects with the following details.
You will be responsible for:
  1. Work with the O2C Global Process Head to build and drive improvements in the global processes for the benefit of IBS and beyond IBS team
  2. Leverages feedback from stakeholders and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of O2C work stream globally
  3. Implements changes and provides feedback to leadership team on impacts
  4. Work closely with O2C Regional Teams and leverage on the market practices
  5. Optimization of O2C service delivery portfolio
  6. Effective relationship building and stakeholder management as well as escalation point for resolution of substantial issues

Experiences & Skills
  1. Degree qualification in a Business or other relevant discipline is essential
  2. 2 to 4 year of management experience held in GBS / IBS environment
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of multinational GBS / IBS or equivalent environment
  4. Performance driven - seeks and acts on results
  5. Focused on compliance and controls
  6. High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, strong relationship building, and communicating skills
  7. Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service
  8. Ability to influence and establish credibility, trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
  9. Ability to recognize shifting needs and re-prioritize activities accordingly, is able to complete assigned projects and meet defined objectives and milestones

We are looking for Finance Analyst - Credit to Cash with the following details.
You will be responsible for:
  1. Be responsible for customer risk assessment on behalf of Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliates and credit release processing
  2. Monitor credit exposure and collections
  3. Process various types of collections from customers: post matched receipts in SAP, follow up on any disputed items, queries and issues, and communicate with relevant parties for immediate solutions
  4. Maintain accurate accounts receivables related bookings in company's records in line with company's policies and procedures
  5. Deal with various sales securities
  6. Maintain customer credit master data
  7. Report trade receivables and factoring
Experiences & Skills
  1. University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  3. Good understanding of Credit Management area
  4. Good analytical & research skills
  5. Strong awareness of internal controls
  6. Overall familiarity with computer environment and systems
  7. Good working knowledge of English; other European languages are an asset
  8. Excellent communication skills & ability to prioritize tasks
  9. Intermediate to advanced skill working with credit scoring with advanced credit decision skills
