 Tax Planning and Policy Manager - Jakarta

Job Descriptions

  • Formulate strategies and tax planning according to valid taxation provisions so that the tax paid by BNI is optimal.
  • Compose implementation instructions of taxation aspects associated with new product or business development and agreement with third parties / external parties.
  • Analyze risk mitigation on BNI’s non-compliance in doing tax obligations, risk mitigation, and legal risk over tax dispute experienced by BNI.

Additional Jobs

  • Become an Internal Consultant to all of BNI's tax affairs.
  • Prepare learning materials and knowledge sharing on taxation to BNI's internal and BOD
  • Support BNI for others additional request management.

Requirements

  • Maximum 35 years old by the time this job vacancy is announced.
  • Graduated (S1 / S2) Accounting major from reputable university.
  • A / B and C Tax Brevet (Brevet Pajak) certified.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Big Four Tax Consultant.
  • Experienced in the audit team financial statements of Banking Financial Institutions.
  • Mastering Tax Accounting (especially in banking sector).
  • Integrity, discipline, adequate, and excellent communication plus interpersonal skills.
  • No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop policies on benefits, rewards and performance reviews.
  • Make strategies for engaging all employees to the company with the benefits provided.
  • Understanding and have ability to manage compsource data.
  • Arrange system policies for performance appraisal and system imbalance (compensation, benefits, & recognition), which are effective in accordance with the performance, competency, values ​​(award philosophy) strategy and needs of the Bank.
  • Review and analyze employee salary and benefit rates compared to market positions in similar business sectors, so that they are always competitive and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of performance assessments (individual Performance Management), namely mid-year performance review and year-end performance review, calculation of bonuses and salary increases.
