Rekrutmen.NET - PT Astra International - Honda (Astra Motor) adalah
salah satu perusahaan Astra International yang bergerak di bidang
operations dengan produk sepeda motor Honda. Didirikan pada tahun 1970,
dengan nama Honda Division, Astra Motor dahulu merupakan main
distributor sepeda motor Honda. Saat ini, Astra Motor merupakan main
dealer yang mencakup sebelas wilayah (region) di seluruh Indonesia.
Adapun wilayah-wilayah tersebut mencakup: Palembang, Bengkulu, Jawa
Tengah, DI. Yogyakarta, Bali, NTB, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Makassar,
Jayapura, dan JHC atau AMJ.
Astra Motor, juga dikenal sebagai Honda Sales Operations. Astra Motor merupakan brand yang diusung sebagai wajah perusahaan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan customer. Saat ini, Astra Motor dipimpin oleh Sigit Kumala menggantikan Margono Tanuwijaya selaku CEO Astra Motor sebelumnya yang menggantikan (Alm.) Ronny Ramli yang meninggal pada awal 2010.
Astra Motor memiliki dua jalur cara menjalin hubungan dengan para customer-nya, yang pertama adalah melalui dealer, yang ke dua adalah melalui sales office yang dikoordinasi dalam divisi retail Astra Motor.
Sebagai salah satu main dealer, Astra Motor berperan dalam mengkoordinasi segala aktivitas marketing, logistik, dan termasuk promosi di region. Astra Motor memiliki region-region yang dipimpin oleh region head sebagai pimpinan tertinggi di region tersebut. Region-region ini rutin berkoordinasi dan berinteraksi dengan Astra Motor Head Office yang terletak di kompleks Astra International, Jakarta.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree from Psychology

- Preferably min one year experience in supevisor / coordinator specialized in training and development or equivalent; fresh graduate is welcome to apply
IT Developer / Analyst

- Will be working together with Innovation Departement to prepare Astra Motor business for digital marketing challenge in the future

People and Channel Development Supervisor
General Summary
- Help to make plans for people and channel development region, execution and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme
- Supporting target sales
- Evaluate dealer according to all the system and based on criteria in order to get to the profile of the dealer, it uses to control the progress of the dealer and put all the rewards and punishment
Requirement
- Bachelor degree with any major from reputable university with min GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (max 2 years of experience)

Sales Supervisor
General Summary
- Propose forecast, monitor and evaluate daily sales, stock and distribution in every Sales Office (S0), following the procedures due to the follow up of nonconformity
- Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing and sales in Sales Office (SO)
- Coordinate and evaluate the performance of finance company and monitoring competitor
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and quantity of sales force in all Sales Office (SO)
- Propose and coordinate the addition and reduction in Sales Office
- Monitor and evaluate the value proposition in every Sales Office (SO)
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent with min GPA 3.00
- Preferably one year of working experience in related field to the position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
