Rekrutmen.NET AirAsia Berhad beroperasi sebagai AirAsia adalah sebuah maskapai penerbangan berbiaya murah yang berpusat di Bandara Internasional Kuala Lumpur. AirAsia sendiri adalah maskapai swasta terbesar di Malaysia. Dengan jaringan rute di Indonesia, Arab Saudi, Jepang, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapura, dan Vietnam serta rute carter menuju Cina dan Hong Kong, AirAsia menjadikan dirinya sebagai pemain Regional yang akan berkompetisi dengan Lion Air dari Indonesia.

Awalnya AirAsia dimiliki  Pemerintah Malaysia namun akhirnya dibeli oleh mantan eksekutif Time Warner, Tony Fernandes, dengan harga simbolik 1 Ringgit pada 2 Desember 2001. Tony melakukan turnaround dan AirAsia berhasil membukukan laba pada 2002 dengan berbagai rute baru dan harga promosi serendah 10 RM bersaing dengan Malaysia Airlines. Pada 2003, dibukalah pangkalan kedua di Bandara Senai, Johor Bahru dekat Singapura dan AirAsia melakukan penerbangan internasionalnya ke Thailand dan dilakukanlah berbagai penambahan rute seperti ke Singapura dan Indonesia. Penerbangan ke Makau dimulai pada Juni 2004 sedangkan penerbangan ke Manila dan Xiamen dimulai pada April 2005. Rute lain yang akan dibuka adalah ke Vietnam, Kamboja, Filipina, dan Laos.

Marketing Executive
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and usage of social media
  • Have basic knowledge on Indonesia’s market & consumer trends
  • Demonstrable passion for travel in general and with Asia in particular
  • Proficient in English. Additional language is advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with Senior Management and high-ranking figures
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand data & business performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature - achieving both time and budgetary deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • A team player yet able to work independently

Sales Executive
Job Description

  • Sales visit Travel Agents to increase seats sold and revenue, product updates and explore new business channel with Travel Agents.
  • New agents acquisition initiative in order to get new potential agent while maintaining a good relationship with current agents.
  • Follow up any issues related to ticket sales in order to ensure the best services to the customer
  • Propose for initiatives or programs to superior in order to increase the number of sales in respective area
  • Track and monitor the sales performance on the respective area based on account
  • Provide monthly sales performance based on respective area and account to Sales Manager and Head of Sales
  • Implement the activation event in order to increase the number of sales in respective area
